- NOTE: There is a $10.00 surcharge on the Pet Taxi and Store Runs on holidays - If holidays fall on Fridays or Mondays, then Saturday & Sunday will be charged at holiday rates.
Requirements & Fees
- Dog Walking, Pet Taxi & Puppy/Senior Dog, Medication Visits must be paid upfront prior to the service being rendered. Payment for contracted services must be paid in full no later than the day before the week’s service is to commence.
- All necessary paperwork must be completed and on file with Pet Nannies before ANY services may be rendered.
- Please call Susan, not your Personal Nanny to cancel/add/change your scheduled service(s), or for billing questions. Any booking made through your Personal Nanny may not be considered valid and/or covered under the Pet Nannies’ contract.
- Please give us 24 hours cancellation notice if you will be taking the day off, leaving work early, working from home, etc. We will still have to charge you for the visit if notice is provided with less than 24 hours as we book the time you requested for you only.
- All changes to schedules should be made via e-mail or personally speaking to Susan.
All services are based on a Personal Nanny’s availability; calling in advance is the best way to guarantee service.

Any service requested with less than 24 hours notice will incur a ‘Last Minute Booking Fee’:
- Last minute established customer - $5 surcharge non-holiday/$10 surcharge holidays
- Last minute new customer - $10 surcharge non-holiday/$15 surcharge holidays
PAYMENT POLICY
- Check or credit card (American Express, Visa, Master Card)
- House Visit, House-Stays & Holidays – 50% deposit required in advance to reserve booking, balance within 10 of return.
Cancellations, Refunds & Credits:
We adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have contracted services, we will turn away business in order to accommodate you. We require 24 business hours notice to guarantee schedule changes and issue credit for unused service(s). Cancellation fee may be imposed for repeated cancellations.
If a Personal Nanny arrives for duty and you determine you do NOT want the service, or your pet is not there, you will be charged for the scheduled service and Pet Nannies reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees are strictly imposed during Holiday periods. During holidays (as listed below) cancellation of a booking must be received by Pet Nannies at least 10 days prior to scheduled service in order to receive credit for your reserved service period.
Unpaid Balances: Any unpaid balances are due within 10 (ten) days from receipt of invoice and will accrue a late payment fee.
Check return policy - $35 service fee.
